Enter Jeremy. With more than 35 years in the game, he’s seen it all: booms, busts, bidding wars, and the occasional client who thinks Rightmove is a DIY platform. Before co-founding Rawlinson Gold, Jeremy honed his craft at big corporate agencies, then decided he could do it better (spoiler: he was right).

He’s no armchair boss either—Jeremy is hands-on, knee-deep in both Sales and Lettings, making sure standards stay sky-high. He’s also a passionate advocate for all estate agents being licensed and properly qualified one day, proving he really is committed to raising the bar rather than just the asking price.

When he isn’t steering clients through the maze of property, Jeremy can be found playing pétanque (and pretending it’s a serious sport), gaming like a teenager who should have gone to bed hours ago, hitting the gym to balance out his love of snacks, and disappearing into virtual reality—where thankfully there are no property chains to break.
